Fleming is a veteran landlord who has more than 500 tenant years of landlording experience.
Fleming’s art is “healing hurting houses”. Fleming does this by buying the properties other investors run away from, and bringing them up to a state of being beautifully fixed up where people line up to rent them. Fleming’s passion is for rehabbing houses built prior to the 1940s that are a monument to American craftsmanship built with hand tools and a lot of care and attention to detail.
Fleming has purchased and rehabbed more than 40 properties while working full time as an IT Management consultant. Fleming’s philosophy is about “the long hold”, purchasing properties with a time horizon of forever, while collecting checks in the mail every month, indexed to inflation and providing true income in an era where real American wages have been in a net decline for the past decade.

Fleming bought his first property at age 21, and while attending graduate school at age 23, built his first personal residence partially using student loans.
Fleming purchased his first property at the age of 22, built his own house at age 23, and purchased his first 7 units of rentals by the age of 25.
Fleming’s undergraduate studies in Cultural Anthropology and Masters in Business Administration and Masters in International Business honed a keen interest in how peoples all around the world earn livelihoods, and how there are different cultures around surviving and thriving centered around shared spiritual philosophies, corporate cultures, and nations. Fleming grew up in Germany, South Africa, and the United States, and has visited more than 40 countries.
Fleming worked many years as a business and IT consultant, helping identify and correct sub-optimal business processes. Fleming has helped substantially improve business cycle times and financial results, achieving revenue increases and cost savings in the millions of dollars. Fleming has applied similar versions of these principles in his own life and those of people he has mentored.
Fleming is committed to the notion that spirituality and good business can coexist, and is dedicated to sharing that message.
